Welcome Home

A little about me! I have been practicing and learning for almost a decade. My journey started with a Reiki session, I had no idea what it was but I felt in my gut it was something I needed. The sense of peace and balance I felt after my first session told me I needed to know more. I was certified with my level 1 and level 2 Reiki within the next year and how it changed my world I don't think I could put into words. It allowed me to deepen into my intuition, trust, and created this hunger for more understanding and learning. 

Over the past decade I have been working with these and other energies and healing modalities including Somatic coaching, meditation, sound healing, colour therapy, intuitive readings and more. My intention is to be a constant student of the Universe so I can continue to support and help others. I am a confident connector and work with my guides and other energies that support the work I do. Learning new ways to integrate all parts of self into one is a calling I will forever answer. 

Now how do facials come into the mix you ask? Well, let me tell you! About 2 years ago I started working in the skin care industry to which I was introduced to Infrared Light and Blue Light devices. The healing I saw happen with these devices were, miraculous in some cases. From helping with skin disorders such as Rosacea and eczema to lifting and tightening the skin it was a magic little tool. Not only does it help with the outer layers but the benefits for the entire body on a cellular level inspired me. Healing with light, energy work and natural skin care, is what birthed the inspiration for my Holistic Wellness Spa.  

I built, The Soma Space, as a sanctuary for your whole self. Mind, Body and Soul - the full, tender, living being that you are. Every session is held with care, curiosity, and a deep respect for wherever you're at and whatever you need in that moment. A space to come to, rest, reset and start feeling you again. All my offers are listed below as well as an invitation for a consultation to learn more.
